Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

This page explains what Dacal Enterprises LLC, doing business as Brimmd Solutions ("Brimmd", "we", "us") collects, why, who helps us handle it, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers three groups of people: visitors to brimmd.com, businesses that use our Lead Capture service, and the callers and texters of those businesses.

1. Visitors to brimmd.com

We collect ordinary technical information your browser sends when it loads a page (such as your IP address and device type), handled by our hosting provider so the site works and stays secure. Analytics is described in section 2. We do not sell your information.

2. Forms on this site (/start and the homepage form) and booking a call

If you use the form on our /start page, we collect what you type: business name, your name, phone, email, current website, the problems you picked and any notes. We save it in our customer records so we can follow up even if you do not finish booking. We use it to prepare for and hold your assessment call, and to contact you about it. Submitting the form is not consent to marketing texts.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies and receives your IP address and approximate location and device details; we do not use it to identify you, and Google may process that data under its own privacy policy. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honor it automatically and analytics does not run. You can also opt out with Google's browser add-on. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

When you book a time, you use a calendar hosted by Cal.com and embedded on this site. Cal.com collects your name, email, chosen time and notes, and adds the booking to our Google Calendar. Cal.com is a separate service with its own privacy policy.

3. Businesses that use Lead Capture (our clients)

For a client, we act as a service provider. The client decides why its customers' information is collected; we process it only to run the service the client asked for, and not for our own marketing. We handle: business contact details, phone numbers that call or text the client's number, call recordings and transcripts, text messages, and the records that show what the service did (calls captured, follow-ups sent, bookings logged). The client owns its accounts and data.

When a business signs up on its own at app.brimmd.com/start, we collect the business details it enters (name, trade, service area, hours, business phone), the owner's name, mobile number and email, the typed signature, the time of signing and a one-way hash of the IP address, to set up the service and keep a record of the agreement. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive the card number. We use the email to let the owner sign in with Google and to send receipts and service emails.

We use carefully chosen service providers for phone and text, AI voice, hosting and data storage, payments, sign-in and email, booking, and alerts. They process information only to run the service for us. Clients can ask us for a current list of the providers that handle their customers' information, and we give clients 30 days' notice before adding one.

4. Callers and people who text a client's number

If you call or text a business that uses Lead Capture, your call may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed, and you may receive a text reply. The business should tell you this at the start of the call. Your phone number, the recording, the transcript and the messages are processed by us and the trusted providers we use for phone, text, AI voice and hosting, on that business's behalf. To see or delete your information, contact the business first, or contact us at the address below and we will pass your request on or act on it.

Text-message details are on our SMS page. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. How long we keep it

By default we keep call recordings, transcripts and message content for 90 days, then delete them, unless a client asks for a different period or the law requires us to keep something longer. We may keep records that show a person agreed to receive texts or opted out for longer, so we can honor and prove those choices. Form and booking details stay until they are no longer needed to follow up, or until you ask us to delete them.

6. Your choices and deletion

To ask what we hold, or to have it corrected or deleted, email victor@brimmd.com with the phone number or email address involved. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records the law requires, and will tell you if so.

Your state privacy rights

If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or Virginia), you may have these rights over personal information we hold about you: to know what we collect and why, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to not be treated worse for using these rights.

What we collect, and why: contact details you give us (name, phone, email, business name) to follow up on your request; technical data such as IP address and device type to run and secure the site; and, for people who call or text a client's number, the call, recording, transcript and messages, which we handle only on that client's behalf. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

To use a right, email victor@brimmd.com with the phone number or email address involved. We will confirm it is you by matching it to what we hold, and we will answer within 45 days. You can also use an authorized agent. If we cannot act on a request, we will tell you why. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated as an opt-out request.

7. Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, and we will notify affected clients of a confirmed breach as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure. We may update this page as our service or the law changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Text messaging (SMS) data

When you agree to receive texts from Dacal Enterprises LLC, doing business as Brimmd Solutions or from a business that uses Brimmd, we use your phone number and your replies only to send and manage those messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
